Filter use and maintenance points

(1) When installing the filter, pay attention to the liquid flow direction marked on the shell, and install it correctly in the hydraulic system;

(2) When the filter differential pressure indicator shows a red signal, clean or replace the filter element in time;

(3) Regularly clean or replace the filter element to prevent external pollutants from invading the working system during the cleaning and replacement process;

(4) When cleaning the filter element, the filter port should be blocked to prevent the cleaned dirt from entering the inner cavity of the filter element and causing internal pollution;

(5) The fault of the filter is generally that the filter element is clogged or deformed, bent, sunken, flattened, broken down, etc. The repair method is to clean or replace the filter element.

2. Some precautions in the use of filters

(1) The flow capacity of the filter should be greater than twice the flow rate during normal operation;

(2) Pay attention to the reasonable selection of the filter element when selecting the filter element;

(3) Two-way flow of oil is prohibited in the filter;

(4) The oil absorption precision of the filter should not be too high;

(5) The filter installed in the pipeline should have a clogging alarm device;

(6) The flow capacity of the oil return filter cannot be selected simply according to the pump flow;

(7) Select a special filter when using water glycol media.
